The terms that govern your account.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Memespilot ("Memespilot," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the Memespilot platform, including the website, wallet, bot sessions, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter binding contracts to use Memespilot. You are responsible for confirming that using a crypto trading service is lawful where you live. We may restrict or decline service in jurisdictions where it is not.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your credentials secure, including any password, Google, or Telegram sign-in you use. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close an account to protect the platform, investigate suspected misuse, or meet a legal or operational requirement, and we will tell you why where we are able to.

Deposits, conversions, and withdrawals

Deposits are credited after we verify the transfer you submit; this review is manual and can take time. Converting between assets on Memespilot carries a flat 1 USDT conversion fee, deducted from the amount you convert, shown before you confirm. Withdrawal requests are reviewed against the account rules in place at the time of your request; some accounts may have different qualification rules than others. We do not guarantee a specific processing time for any deposit, conversion, or withdrawal.

Bot sessions and trading risk

Memespilot's bot sessions allocate your Token Cash balance toward automated meme-market strategies for a duration you choose. Meme markets are extremely volatile, and past results shown on the platform, including any session outcome range, are not a promise or guarantee of what a future session will return. Session results can be lower than expected, including a full loss of the amount allocated to that session. Do not allocate funds you cannot afford to lose, and do not treat anything shown in the product as investment, legal, or tax advice.

Fees

Current fees, including the conversion fee and any trading fee applied during bot sessions, are shown in the product before you confirm an action. We may change fees going forward; changes apply to actions you take after the change takes effect, not to sessions already in progress.

Prohibited use

You agree not to use Memespilot to launder funds, evade sanctions or tax obligations, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform's operation, or attempt to access another account or our systems without authorization. We may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities and are not obligated to notify you before doing so.

No investment advice

Market data, opportunity scores, and session activity shown in the product are informational. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, and Memespilot is not a registered broker, exchange, or investment adviser.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memespilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including losses from market volatility, session outcomes, or delays in processing a deposit or withdrawal. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to let active accounts know. Continuing to use Memespilot after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
