This Privacy Policy explains what information Memespilot collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to everyone who creates a Memespilot account or uses the Service.

Information we collect

Account information such as your email address, display name, and phone number if you provide one. If you sign in with Google or Telegram, we receive your name, email or Telegram username, and profile photo from that provider, only what is needed to create and secure your account. We also keep records of deposits, conversions, bot sessions, and withdrawal requests tied to your account, and basic technical data such as IP address and device or browser information used to keep sign-in secure.

How we use it

To operate your account, process deposits, conversions, and withdrawals, secure sign-in, respond to support requests, and maintain the records the platform relies on to explain your account history accurately. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run Memespilot, including an email delivery provider for account and transaction emails, and Google or Telegram if you choose to sign in through them. We share only what each provider needs to do its job. We may disclose information if required by law or to investigate suspected fraud or misuse of the platform.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your theme. We do not use cookies to sell your data to third-party advertisers.

Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after, to meet legal, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Some financial records, such as ledger entries tied to a transaction, may be retained even after an account is deleted, without identifying information attached to them.

Your rights

You can review and update most of your account information from Settings. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account through the support contact in the footer; we will confirm what we can remove and what we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text, and we use standard safeguards to protect account data. No system is completely secure; contact support immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Children

Memespilot is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
